White, without the distractions.

This tool opens a solid #FFFFFF white view. It can give you an uncluttered backdrop or a starting point for a visual display check. Nothing needs to be downloaded.

1. Open the fullscreen white screen.
2. Use the white field for your chosen task.
3. Press Esc to leave. On a touchscreen, tap once to reveal the exit button.

What the white field can tell you

A dark mark against white gives you a place to look more closely. It does not tell you whether the cause is dust, physical damage or a pixel anomaly. The screen test helps you compare the same area on other colours before choosing a next step.

The page renders a CSS colour. Your panel, device settings, colour management and room lighting affect its appearance. It cannot calibrate a display, measure luminance, change its backlight or repair a pixel.

An unwanted white screen?

This page deliberately creates a white view. If your device or an app turns white unexpectedly, opening this tool will not fix that error. Use the affected product’s official support guidance instead.
